What benefits are available for full-time employees?

Currently, full-time employees receive access to health, dental, and vision plans, including paid holiday, paid training and 401k plans.

How do I find and apply for a position?

Open positions can be found via our openings on our Careers page or on the job forums, LinkedIn and Indeed. Follow the given directions depending on the platform of choice.

What are the next steps after applying?

Our diligent hiring staff will be in contact if you meet the qualifications of the applied-for jobs or additional open positions.

Is there an employee discount for company services?

There is an available discount for all current employees, only for use by the employee at their current address.

I saw that I needed to take a drug test upon hire. How will I get this information to you?

You will have a drug test scheduled by HR after hiring at no cost to yourself as close to your residence as possible. If you would like it in a different location, you can additionally request this from HR.

How will I know my start date and where to go?

You will receive the tentative start date on both the offer letter and a welcome letter. The welcome letter will additionally contain the address of the location at which you will work.

Does Mercury Broadband offer the opportunity for advancement once I’m hired?

We have numerous departments with different tiers of experience to be promoted within and have had a number of internal employees transition successfully to more challenging and rewarding roles within the company.
